A) FREE Auto-Updating
Cartoon
1. Free weekly cartoon - you will need to insert the
source code provided without any modifications into your web
page.
2. Web site URL - You will need to submit your website's
URL for our approval. We will not allow our cartoons to be posted
on sites including, but not limited to: web directory sites with little original content, BLOGS, pornography, adult
entertainment, politics, and gambling sites. We reserve the right
to deny any website access to the cartoons at our own discretion.
Please note that due to abusive
hotlinking, we no long allow our cartoons on most blog sites
(myspace, blogspot, and others) have been blocked and the free
cartoon/affiliate program will not work with these sites. If
you wish to check to see if your blog website might be blocked
send us an email. lynn@offthemarkcartoons.com
3. Approval of Use - After we approve your website,
you will be required to provide us with your name, company name,
address, phone and email contact. We will also require the actual
web page URL address of where the cartoons will be posted.
4. Use of Source Code - The source code may
NOT be modified in any way. If you
modify the source code provided you will forfeit your web site's
right to use of our cartoons.
5. You will need to put one line of text on your website as indicated
on the instruction page when the source code is provided.
6. Use of the Weekly Cartoon - If approved, you may
use the weekly updating cartoon free of charge on your website
only as provided by us in the source code. You may not download
the image and post it on your website. Any other use requires
permission and a usage fee based on the type of usage. For information
on rates to use our cartoons for any purpose other than for our
Free Cartoon/Affiliate Program, please use our quote request

7. Only the current week's cartoon may be displayed.
off the mark cartoons may not be archived on your site or used
for any other purpose without permission and reprint fees.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time.
B) Affiliate
Program - Earn 15 percent of the proceeds from sales generated
from the web store link!
1. The CafePress Affiliate Program administered through
cj.com is an easy-to-join system that enables Webmasters
to earn monthly paychecks. You will need to join cj.com site
as a publisher. You will be required to send a W9 form.
Here's
the steps to sign up for an affiliate account:
1. Go to the following website: https://www.cj.com
2. Place your cursor over the Publisher tab on top and select
Application.
3. Fill out application.
4. In a few minutes you will receive an email from Commission
Junction with your account information.
5. Sign into your account using the email address and password
provided by cj.com.
6. Click the "Get Links" Tab
7. Enter "cafepress" in the search box
8. Click the box on the left side and then the "Apply to
Program" button.
9. Cafepress will send you an email to let you know that you
have been approved. (This could take a few hours.)
10. When the email arrives, click on the link that says Get Html
text link.
11. When a new web window opens up in your web browser software,
look at the URL web address in the web brower window at the top
of the page. You will see something like:https://members.cj.com/member/bulkmsglinkhtml.do?aid=10462241&pid=2379224
12. Send us the pid=number that is provided.
Reminder - you do not need to do anything with
their banners or numbers.
4. You can choose NOT to participate in
the Affiliate Program. - Joining the Affiliate Program is
not required to receive the free weekly cartoons. You will however
be required to include the graphics and links as provided.
